Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on replacing the problematic behavior with a more effective behavior while allowing the adolescent to uncover their true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While I can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and create new coping skills to resolve challenges in their life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding them back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
